Snowman Christmas Card using Lawn Fawn Making Frosty Friends

Good Morning!

Today I bring you a simple Christmas card I have made using the Lawn Fawn stamp set Making Frosty Friends.

I used a lovely backing paper that looked kind of knitted and used the colours from this to match the hats, gloves and scarf to the papers. A little greeting banner added at the top and all finished.

Thanks for stopping by to take a look, hope you enjoyed the card!

Snowman Kisses - Thursday Digi-Stamp Blog Project for Little Claire

Good Morning Everyone!

It's Sarah here with a new Digi-Stamp Project. I have used part of the Digi-Stamp - Christmas Scottie with Snowman.

I love this stamp and knew the Snowman would be perfect for the project I wanted to share with you all - Snowman Kisses.

A cute way to package some Tic Tacs as little stocking fillers.

Here is a list of materials and products I used for this card:

Smooth white Card Stock - to print on
Blue Card Stock
Ribbon
Paper Trimmer
Corner Rounding Punch
1" Circle punch or 1" Circle Die and Die cutting Machine
Glue, Cellotape and Glue Dots

Firstly I cropped the Digi-Image in Photoshop Elements (program was free with laptop) The screenshots below show how I did this ...

I cropped and resized the Digi-stamp to fit a 1 3/4”x 2 ¾” box I had created.
Once I copied and pasted lots of snowmen - I used the paint bucket tool to colour in the images. I also put the poem (see end of post) into a box and pasted it a few times ready to cut out once printed.

Cut a piece of blue card stock 4 1/2" x 3"
Score each of these piece 2" from the left edge, and 2" from the right edge (you will have a 1/2" spine in the center of each piece of paper). Round the edges of the blue card and the right side of the digi-stamp once it's been cropped to size.

Cut a piece of coordinating ribbon about 14" long and tape it down to the front of the blue card stock. I left the ribbon loose at the back so it ties easily - and glue down the snowman panel over the taped ribbon.

Punch out the snowman's belly with a 1" circle punch. (Or if like me you couldn't find a punch you can die cut the circle using a die cutting machine!)

Then crop and glue the poem to the inside panel of the packaging and using glue dots pop the Tic Tacs in place.

Then tie the ribbon in a bow to complete the project.

Here is the poem for inside the Tic Tac box ...

Gingerbread House Christmas card using Lawn Fawn Sweet Christmas

Hi Everyone!

Today I bring you a Gingerbread House Christmas card I have made using Lawn Fawn stamp set Sweet Christmas and Lawn Fawn backing papers.

I stamped all the elements from the stamp set Sweet Christmas  onto white cardstock and coloured using Pro-markers. The die cut the elements using the matching die set and layered these onto the card base. I added a Greeting from the stamp set Joy to the Woods and cut this into a banner to finish.

Thanks for stopping by to take a look, hope you enjoyed the card!

Christams Wreath with Lawn Fawn Sweet Christmas Gingerbread Man

Good Morning!

Today I bring you a Christmas Wreath card I have made using a couple of Lawn Fawn products and a Spell Binder wreath die.

I stamped the background with a wood style stamp and then layered my wreath with the little Gingerbread Men from the stamp set Sweet Christmas (stamped on Kraft card and using a white gel pen for details) and Merry Christmas border die from Sprinkle Twinkle. I cut the greeting in half to fit it across the wreath and finished by adding a paper bow and some Card Candi baubles.

Thanks for stopping by to take a look, hope you enjoyed the card!

Little Claire's DT Digi-Stamp Challenge # 10 - Lace & Pearls - Flowerhead

Good Morning Everyone!

For the Little Claire's DT Digi-Stamp Challenge # 10 - Lace and Pearls, I have used the Digi Stamp - Flowerhead. I cut the flower out in photoshop and layered it over two more flowers to create my own version of this digi-stamp.

I used a lovely laced doily and lace ribbon for the background and layered this on brown cardstock. I coloured in the flowers (after printing) in Promarkers and hand cut the flowers, cutting a separate one to layer on top using foam pads. I used my Promarkers to colour the pearls in, so the tones matched and added a simple greeting cut into a banner.

Thanks for looking,
